Return and Exchange Policy
- Non-Returnable Items: Products that are on sale, discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please refer to the size chart carefully for sale items.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours to begin the return process. We will require a video of the unboxing and photos of the damage to process your request.
- Made-to-Order Items: Items such as lehengas, sarees, and Indo Western outfits are made to order and are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchange Policy:
MKDH Heigines does not offer refunds or returns on any sold products. However, items may be exchanged for a different size (provided the terms and conditions are met). If your desired size is out of stock, you will receive a credit note.
Exchange Process:
- If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for a size exchange, please contact us at info@mkdheigines.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once your request is acknowledged, return the product in its original condition. Ensure you receive an acknowledgment receipt from the courier, including the courier person’s signature and mobile number. MKDH Heigines is not responsible for lost shipments.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable shipping methods.

Exchange Conditions:
- Exchanges can be initiated within 4 days from the delivery date.
- Only unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products with all labels and tags intact in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.
- Include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the required size.
- Each order is allowed one exchange.
- If you request a size exchange, you are eligible for a replacement in the desired size, minus shipping/COD costs.
- Store credit will be issued for the exchanged product amount, valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Reverse shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Credit Note: If your requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be emailed to you for use on the MKDH Heigines website within 30 days.
Partial Order Exchanges: Yes, you can exchange any eligible products within 48 hours of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.
Fit Issues: If your garment does not fit, please request a size exchange with our customer service team within 48 hours. If the requested size is not available, we will provide a credit note.
Reasons for Exchange Rejection: Exchanges will not be accepted if the customer dislikes the material or color. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and images carefully before ordering. You can also contact us via WhatsApp for additional product information.
Color Variations: Please note that due to differences in monitor displays, colors may vary. A color difference of 10-12% may occur based on screen resolution and lighting.
Final Note: Products that have been washed or worn are not eligible for exchange. Purchases made from the sale section are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exchanges or returns are allowed for lehengas, sarees, and Indo Western categories.
